Bait Nets and Baskets

Yes, they go together nicely. Here's a sneak peek at a new weaving project.
 
I love how the faded bait net worked perfectly in amongst what I call "Atlantic green" reed and the grapevine rattan. It is a good blend of textures too. I'm working on new pieces with the theme flotsam and jetsam and it is plentiful on our beaches.

Will reveal all the first of May! Should have a good collection by then. More driftwood and maybe some found rope in todays project.
