Celebrate Altered Egos!

It's so exciting. Where to start? Friend and fabulous artist Teena Marie Fancey is having an opening tonight at the Craig Gallery in Dartmouth. The title of the exhibition is of course Altered Egos. I know these faces and their stories will delight and intrigue their audience.

Teena honored me by asking that I create frames for a few of the pieces she had painted. What trust and confidence she showed in me! I love that about her as a fellow artist and I also love that those very characteristics are in many of the faces and the poetry of her Altered Egos. Yes, poetry. You must go see this exhibit if you have the chance. I'll show you just a glimpse to entice you to go in person.

If you do get there, say hello to Dear Heart for me. I miss her. All my best wishes go out to Teena for her new exhibit. Celebrate!

Oh my goodness Shari, those woven wicker frames are wonderful and work so well with Teena Marie's lovely artwork. Kudos to you both!
