All Natural

This is a complete departure for me from my usual weaving. No color! Have been seeing and liking  beautiful cream and white decor in magazines and lots of things made with natural fibers. So, thought I'd have a go at no color but lots of surface texture. Of course there are natural shifts in color within the reed and the seagrass really stands out against the creamy background. Will take these pieces to the Christmas Loft coming up this week and see what the reaction is to them. I do have some plum waiting for me on the work bench so my booth won't be completely void of color.
